Refund policy
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. If the problem is due to an error on my part, I will happily offer a replacement or refund.
Each item is carefully made and checked before shipping, but as handmade pieces, small variations are part of their character and not considered faults.
